Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 25 districts of Sri Lanka, including Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Kandy, Galle, Matara, Jaffna, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura, and every other city and town across the island. Whether you're in Colombo 07 or Trincomalee, we'll get your order to you.
Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our Colombo warehouse:

Free Shipping
We offer free delivery island-wide on all orders of Rs 2,000 or more. This automatically applies at checkout — no coupon code needed. Free shipping covers all locations across Sri Lanka.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (festive periods, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking information.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Colombo time) on business days may qualify for same-day dispatch. This service is subject to product availability and payment confirmation.
Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services in Sri Lanka to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. Depending on your location, your order may be delivered via Domal, Swift, or Smart Express courier services.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email confirmation with your tracking number
- Access to our order tracking page — simply enter your order number and phone number
- SMS updates for high-value orders
Delayed Shipments
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, road conditions, courier service disruptions, or peak season volume. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window by more than 2 business days, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:
- Contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date
- We will open an investigation with the courier partner
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or reshipment at no additional cost
Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply in such cases.
