1. Definitions

• "Products" refers to all fashion items, accessories, and goods listed for sale on our website
• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the individual accessing the website or placing an order
• "Order" refers to a request to purchase products from our website
• "Account" refers to the customer profile created on our website

• Weights, dimensions, and fabric compositions are approximate and provided in good faith
• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before accepting an order
• Promotional prices and discounts are valid for the period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance by us:

• We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order
• This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
• If we cancel an order after processing payment, you will receive a full refund
• We may limit order quantities per customer or per address

5. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via PayHere
• Internet banking (all major Sri Lankan banks) via PayHere
• Mobile wallets (Genie, mCash) via PayHere
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for selected locations

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order (except COD orders). For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery. If you fail to accept delivery of a COD order, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee covering return shipping and processing costs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy. Key terms include:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other force majeure events
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address may incur re-delivery charges

7. Returns & Refunds

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
• Certain items (intimates, swimwear, earrings) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
• Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days depending on payment method
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software — is the intellectual property of Ranora or our licensors and is protected by Sri Lankan and international intellectual property laws. You may not:
